A Trip to Cloudsdale

Somepony suggested that I draw Rainbow Dash flying to Ponyville. This was the result. #BadAtRequests

Fluttershy was pretty much adorable flying around with that wagon. It got me thinking, she probably uses that thing for more than just hauling frogs around. As basically Ponyville's vet, she would probably need medical supplies that simply aren't available in Ponyville so she's got to drag the cart out and head to where supplies would be. Here she is headed off to Cloudsdale probably to purchase spectra-infused-cloud bandages from the Rainbow Factory.

Also, in my head cannon, the city of Cloudsdale is somewhere deep in the mountains and largely inaccessible to non-flying ponies. Being pretty much an all-Pegasus city, inaccessibility poses little issue to the ponies and also serves as protection for the city. It also looks prettier in the mountains. :3

Anyways, this is basically me taking a rather large stab at drawing a landscape because it's probably a useful skill to develop. I have learned a few tricks and toyed with textures a little.
